By submitting imagery, I hereby authorize The Municipality of Port Hope to publish the attached photographs/artwork for use in any form of media now known or hereinafter developed for Municipality of Port Hope publications. I hereby release and hold harmless The Municipality of Port Hope from any reasonable expectation of privacy or confidentiality associated with the images specified above and certify that any model that is visible and recognizable within the photographs/artwork has granted rights and permissions to use of the images. I hereby release, indemnify, discharge and hold harmless The Municipality of Port Hope, its contractors, its employees, Councilors and any third parties involved in the creation or publication of marketing materials, from any liability for claims by me or any third party in connection with my participation. This information is being collected in accordance with the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. The Municipality of Port Hope Marketing & Tourism Department reserves the right to decide which businesses will be featured on their social media channels.
